Considering baptism? We will offer the opportunity to be baptized at all of our services at Keslinger, South Street and North Aurora on September 8. Mill Creek Campus will be celebrating baptisms on August 18 at their picnic.
Baptism is a profound act of faith, representing an external declaration of an internal spiritual transformation. It signifies belief in the gospel, repentance from sin, and the reception of eternal life. In the New Testament, baptism was a public affirmation of faith in Jesus Christ. Being immersed in water symbolizes being cleansed by the blood of Jesus, and rising from the water signifies a new life in Christ, purified and renewed. Through baptism, believers publicly declare their commitment to Jesus Christ and His Church, proclaiming Him as their Savior and Lord.
