Executive Director/Pastor of Ministry Operations
The Executive Director/Pastor of Ministry Operations provides executive leadership, strategic direction,
and operational oversight for Chapelstreet Church’s centralized support functions and campus
operations. This role ensures the church’s operational systems, financial stewardship, organizational
infrastructure, and campus environments effectively support the mission and vision of Chapelstreet
Church.

Kids Coordinator – Keslinger Campus
The Coordinator will work under the direction of the Associate Director of Kids, Keslinger Campus. The
Coordinator will support and implement the vision of Kids Ministries and assist in delivering ministry
programming that aligns with Chapelstreet Church’s mission to help children and families experience
grace, grow in faith, and make an impact.

Adult Discipleship Administrative Assistant
Director of Finance/Controller
The Director of Finance/Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial health, integrity, and sustainability of Chapelstreet Church. This role provides strategic financial leadership, ensuring that resources are aligned with the mission to help people experience grace, grow in faith, and make an impact.
In addition to financial oversight, the Director will provide leadership for key operational functions, helping to ensure that systems, processes, and resources effectively support the ministry across all campuses. This role leads finance and operations staff and partners with ministry leaders to advance the overall
mission of the church. The Director also ensures compliance with applicable laws and best practices in nonprofit and church financial and operational management.

Pastor/Director of Adult Discipleship
The Pastor/Director of Adult Discipleship provides vision, leadership, and oversight for helping adults grow as fully devoted followers of Jesus. This role leads both the strategy and the staff team responsible for adult discipleship, ensuring a healthy, aligned, and effective ministry that moves people toward spiritual maturity.

Worship Resident
Our Worship Residency offers a two-year hands-on learning experience for college graduates interested in pursuing worship ministry. Applicants should have a music and worship or ministry degree (preferred), vocal leadership skills (additional instrument abilities preferred), a desire for ministry, a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and a willingness to invest in the Chapelstreet church family. The program includes planning and participating in weekly worship services, training in technical production, and personal development in leadership, pastoral relationships, and musical skills (vocal and instrumental).
