Pastoral Resident

Our Pastoral Residency Program offers hands-on leadership training with a focus on preparing the next generation of pastoral leaders. We believe that while seminaries and graduate schools can provide a solid foundation in the classic theological disciplines, the local church is further suited to provide exposure to the realities of pastoral ministry and personal spiritual preparation. Similar to a teaching hospital, we aim to offer intensive and intentional ministry experience within the local body of believers. The program spans two years and is designed for those called to pastoral ministry and leadership.

Please note that we are currently unable to accept international students.

Chapelstreet’s NextGen Residency Program is a two-year learning and ministry experience for those interested in kids or student ministry. We welcome men and women who have completed or are close to finishing college, with a preference for early childhood education or ministry degrees but not required. We seek individuals who enjoy leading kids, have teaching abilities, and are comfortable on stage. The program involves initial observation, ongoing education, and hands-on ministry responsibilities, including lesson planning, teaching, and event planning.
