“Kristen Conley”
“Unmasked: How Covid Exposed Our Needs”

The last five years have been challenging as most of us are now coming to terms with not only the fall out of Covid, but the pressures that children and parents are feeling to restore what we believe was lost during those years. Join us as Kristen Conley will discuss the impact research is pointing to on our children, our fear based parenting, and how to step outside of cultural parenting to embrace what our children really need.

Kristen is a Christian, a wife, and mother of six. On any given day she can be found running stairs, having true conversations with friends over coffee, laughing, crying, or contemplating just about anything and everything. She is a grower, a deep thinker, and has a soft heart for those who are hurting. She has a history of buying tons of books on Amazon and reading a few, claiming the title teaches her most of what she needs to know. She is a Marriage and Family Therapist in Wheaton and is honored to walk life with so many people who let her into places very few will ever go.
