As men we innately pursue success, achievement, and victory! However, the reality is living a victorious life is not ours to accomplish. Too many of us continuously run on the “hamster-wheel of life, thinking that somehow if we run hard enough, for long enough we just might get somewhere. The truth is we cannot white-knuckle our way to living a victorious life. God knows we can’t do it, and that is why He has done it for us. The secret of the victorious Christian life is that it is not ours to accomplish but to surrender to.
