2024 Annual Meeting

We invite you to attend the Annual Meeting of our membership on SATURDAY, September 14, at 6:30 PM in the Worship Center at Keslinger Campus. As we do every year, we will take time to pause as a church family and look back at what God has done. Because we know that our God will continue to be faithful in the years to come, we will look ahead to where we believe God is leading us as a church.

As members of Chapelstreet Church, you have the opportunity and responsibility to vote on several items, including:

• Electing members to the Executive Council
• Approving members to the Nominating Committee
• Approving the proposed annual budget of $7,200,000
• Approving the 2023 Annual Meeting minutes

The Annual Meeting is not just a business meeting of our membership; it is an invitation to celebrate as we reflect on the faithfulness of God. It is an opportunity to look back and see how much God has done over the past year in the midst of many challenges. So as a member, I am encouraging you to attend. I believe that it will be worth your time!

However, if you are unable to attend the meeting where you can vote in-person, there are three additional ways to vote: online through our website at chapelstreet.church/annualmeeting, through our mobile app, or by a paper absentee ballot. Absentee ballots will be available each weekend at all campuses beginning August 31 & September 1. Online voting will also open via our website and app the same weekend.

If you are unable to attend, PLEASE complete your absentee ballot AND offer your proxy to either another member who is attending or to a member of the Executive Council.
