Pastoral Resident
Our Pastoral Residency Program offers hands-on leadership training with a focus on preparing the next generation of pastoral leaders. We believe that while seminaries and graduate schools can provide a solid foundation in the classic theological disciplines, the local church is further suited to provide exposure to the realities of pastoral ministry and personal spiritual preparation. Similar to a teaching hospital, we aim to offer intensive and intentional ministry experience within the local body of believers. The program spans two years and is designed for those called to pastoral ministry and leadership.
Please note that we are currently unable to accept international students.
