Project Exodus is calling people out of the slavery of addiction…into the freedom of recovery.

A holistic, strategic, recovery program that incorporates community, support systems, learning, empowerment, personal development, and spiritual growth.
This is a recovery community for those battling addiction, those pursuing recovery, and for the people who love or live with individuals in addiction.

GRIEF SHARE

Grief Share offers hope and healing for those grappling with grief. We create a supportive community, a comforting space for individuals on their challenging journey of loss. In this caring environment, you can navigate questions, share cherished memories of loved ones, and progress toward healing. Our Grief Share group is guided by men and women who have walked their own paths of personal grief and loss, providing understanding and support.

Divorce Care

Divorce Care is a safe place where caring people come alongside you as you find healing from the pain of separation or divorce.

At this 13-week, video-based support group program, you’ll find helpful counsel to manage the emotional turmoil and practical tools for decision-making.

OASIS

Oasis is a supportive group for mothers who have experienced the profound loss of a child. Guided by women who’ve journeyed through similar pain, Oasis offers a safe space to find emotional support during the grieving process. Here, you can openly share your feelings in a compassionate and hopeful environment.

Whether you’re navigating a tough phase in life or confronting a crisis, we’re here to offer you encouragement, hope, and a path to healing. Our dedicated team includes trusted pastors who can provide short-term support. If your situation requires specialized counseling from a licensed professional, we’re more than happy to assist you in connecting with a pre-screened, qualified Christian counselor who can meet your specific needs.

STEPHEN MINISTRY

Stephen Ministers are paired with individuals in our congregation or community, known as Care Receivers, who are facing various life challenges such as loss, grief, relationship issues, illness, job loss, and more.

No matter where you find yourself or what you’re going through, a Stephen Minister can provide invaluable support to help you navigate your current circumstances with empathy and care.

If circumstances prevent you from physically attending our worship services, rest assured that we have a dedicated team of volunteers ready to keep you connected and uplifted within our church family. This ministry serves as a valuable resource for individuals facing long-term physical challenges or chronic health issues, ensuring you remain encouraged and connected to our church community.

HOSPITAL VISITS

Our ministry staff is here to provide comfort to our members and their families during health crises or surgeries through hospital visits. We offer compassionate support, prayer, visitation, and can arrange for communion upon request. If you or a loved one would benefit from these services, please reach out to the Care Ministry.

Shepherd’s Heart offers a variety of life-changing ministries designed to help you overcome any challenge and guide you towards the path of victory.
