Project Exodus

Project Exodus is calling people out of the slavery of addiction…into the freedom of recovery.

Project Exodus defines addiction as a behavioral disorder involving the repeated, compulsive use of a substance, or the repeated compulsive participation in an activity, despite severe and significant negative consequences.

This recovery group incorporates community, support and accountability, education and empowerment, personal development and spiritual growth all in one place.

Whatever your addiction…

If you have been affected by the addiction of someone else, a person you love or live with who is living in addiction, this recovery community is also for you.

Grief Share

Grief Share offers hope and healing for those experiencing the grief of losing a loved one. This 13 week program includes a video component, group discussion, and a reflective workbook as tools to help you navigate questions, share cherished memories of a loved ones, and progress toward healing.

Our Grief Share group is guided by men and women who have walked their own paths of personal grief and loss, providing understanding and support.

Grief Share meets on Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm – 8:30pm at the South Street Campus.

Divorce Care

Divorce Care is a supportive small group where others healing from the pain of separation or divorce will come alongside you as you find hope for the future.

During this 13-week video-based support group program, you’ll find helpful counsel to manage the emotional turmoil of divorce and practical tools for the decision-making that is unavoidable during the process.

Pastoral Care and Counseling Resources

Whether you’re navigating a tough phase in life or confronting a crisis, we’re here to offer you encouragement, hope, and a path to healing. Our dedicated team includes trusted pastors who can provide short-term support. If your situation requires specialized counseling from a licensed professional, we’re more than happy to assist you in connecting with a pre-screened, qualified Christian counselor who can meet your specific needs.

Stephen Ministry

Chapelstreet Church’s Stephen Ministers are paired with individuals in our congregation or community, known as Care Receivers, who are facing various life challenges such as loss, grief, relationship issues, illness, job loss, and more.

No matter where you find yourself or what you’re going through, a Stephen Minister can provide invaluable support to help you navigate your current circumstances with empathy and care.

If circumstances prevent you from physically attending our worship services, rest assured that we have a dedicated team of volunteers ready to keep you connected and uplifted within our church family. This ministry serves as a valuable resource for individuals facing long-term physical challenges or chronic health issues, ensuring you remain encouraged and connected to our church community.

Hospital Visits

Our ministry staff is here to provide comfort to our members and their families during health crises or surgeries through hospital visits. We offer compassionate support, prayer, visitation, and can arrange for communion upon request. If you or a loved one would benefit from these services, please reach out to the Care Ministry.

Shepherd’s Heart offers a variety of life-changing ministries designed to help you overcome any challenge and guide you towards the path of victory.
