Masterpiece is a place for people of all abilities who are created by God for a purpose to find belonging and community. Family members and individuals impacted by disability are an essential part of the Body of Christ and we strive to create an environment that is welcoming, accepting, and inclusive to enable everyone to worship and serve their creator.

We work closely with our families to determine what the needs are for each child on a case-by-case basis and then work as a team to create the best plan for your child. We have a number of opportunities for children to grow in their relationship with Jesus.

MASTERPIECE INCLUSION

Birth – 12th Grade

Buddies are available to accompany children and youth with disabilities as they learn about God’s love and meet new friends in their typical Sunday school classroom.

MINISTRY CLASSROOM

Keslinger: Room 101 & L16

Children and youth with disabilities are invited to hear God’s word in a sensory-friendly classroom with lessons and activities that are developmentally appropriate to meet their individual needs.

BUDDY BREAK

Fun, friends, and individualized care while you get a break.

Buddy Break is a free respite care program where children with disabilities and their siblings have fun and make new friends.

Buddy Break is a free outreach ministry for parents/caregivers who need a break from the ongoing responsibilities of caregiving for a child with a disability. All children have the opportunity to have fun, make new friends and hear God’s Word with trained volunteers. Buddy Break exists to share the love and acceptance of Christ with all children and parents.

As part of the sign up process we have a detailed online information form for you to fill out prior to Buddy Break. After you complete this online form please contact us at masterpiece@chapelstreetchurch.com to proceed with the registration process.

Buddy Break Volunteer Information

Buddy Break is a wonderful way to serve children with disabilities and their families. If you are interested in serving at our next Buddy Break, please email masterpiece@chapelstreetchurch.com.

M CLUB

A group for independent or assisted adults with disabilities (18 years +).  We will gather at Keslinger Campus for worship, social connection, relationship-building, and learning.

MASTERPIECE MOMS

Masterpiece Moms is a program created to affirm and encourage mothers of children with disabilities. Our morning together includes breakfast, conversation, informative speaker presentation, and discussion groups.

Childcare is provided for all children (birth through grade 5) who are pre-registered.
