Parenting Anxiety (and Mental Health) in our Children and Teens
A community of parents finding support and encouragement for the ups and downs of life while raising children and teens with anxiety, depression, or mental health challenges.
P.A.C.T. is a new group for parents navigating daily life while raising children or teens affected by anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. This group is facilitated by parents who understand the challenges that accompany raising a child with anxiety and depression. This group will focus on seeing our children through God’s eyes, learning about youth mental health, tips and tools to parent our children while still maintaining healthy families and marriages, as well as supporting one another along the journey. This group is open to all moms and dads who wish to be in community with others seeking Jesus Christ for the strength He provides daily as we parent anxiety and mental health in our children and teens.
