Students Administrative Assistant

Director of Middle School Ministries

Director of Worship and Campus Connection, North Aurora

The Director of Worship and Campus Connection, North Aurora is a full-time, hybrid position. The Director will invest the bulk of his or her time directing worship ministry at North Aurora. Working in collaboration with the Campus Pastor and the Pastor of Worship, the Director will empower worship by preparing and rehearsing weekly worship services as well as building and developing a volunteer team. The Director, as an essential member of the North Aurora Campus Team, will additionally provide support and leadership in other ministry areas that are fundamental to campus health, growth, and outreach.

Women’s Bible Study Coordinator

The Women’s Bible Studies Coordinator is a part-time position and will provide a wide range of administrative support required to run weekly study sessions on multiple campuses. The work schedule will vary widely based on timing of sessions but is expected to average 20-24 hours per week over the course of the ministry year. Sessions are held Tuesday and Thursday mornings and Wednesday evenings from September through May (and Wednesday evenings for summer session in May and June). While sessions do not meet in July and August, these months are used to prepare for the upcoming ministry year.

North Aurora Family Life Coordinator

The Family Life Coordinator is a part-time position (averaging 20 hours per week) and will provide support to the Campus Pastor and family ministries at the North Aurora Campus by leading and organizing key programming at the campus level. This position is a vital part of delivering ministry programming that is aligned with Chapelstreet Church’s vision to help our children and families experience grace, grow in faith, and make an impact for where they are.

Paid Childcare Workers

Loving, caring childcare is vital to the ministries at Chapelstreet Church. It is a great way to support the families within Chapelstreet Church and our community. Paid childcare workers are needed primarily during the week days and the number of hours scheduled can vary.

The need for childcare ranges from a few hours a week to a few shifts a month, depending on event registrations. Childcare workers will receive training in childcare policies and the responsibilities of providing high quality care for the children.

All paid childcare workers will report to Brenda Jackson, the Childcare Coordinator.

Facilities Assistant II

The Facilities Assistant II is a part-time position and will provide support to the church’s facilities operations, including support to a wide variety of ministry events including weekend worship, event set up and tear down, some custodial work, and some grounds keeping. Flexible scheduling, including weekend work, is necessary. The work schedule is expected to average approximately twenty-five hours per week throughout the year. The summer schedule may be lighter than during more robust ministry months, typically September through May.

Residency Programs

We believe that the church has both an opportunity and responsibility to identify, equip, and send the next generation of leaders into gospel ministry.  During our residency programs, we provide hands-on experience and leadership training for those being called into ministry.
