More Than a Number: The Enneagram and Parenting
At some point in parenting, most of us look at our children with a sense of complete confusion in how to motivate them or understand why they do what they do. The wisdom from the Enneagram can help. Over the past few years, the Enneagram personality tool has grown in popularity and is a wonderful way to better understand yourself and others. When used with care, the Enneagram can also be helpful for parents as we long for clear understanding, strong connection and deep communication with our children.
Jeff Helton will join us to teach about Enneagram and how it can help us as mothers. Jeff is an Executive Coach and Life Coach who specializes in organizational and relational health. Whether working with individuals, marriages or teams, Jeff loves helping others gain clarity, find direction, live free and function at their highest and best capacity. Jeff and his wife, Lora, make their home in Franklin, Tennessee and are the parents of four adult children, in-laws to two daughters-in-law, and grandparents to three grandchildren. He speaks frequently on topics related to marriage, parenting, and the Enneagram.
