When you’re building and creating your family, it can feel like you’re working in opposition from the expectations of your extended family. We will explore strategies and insights to pursue a good relationship that includes setting healthy boundaries, establishing good communication, choosing differently than they would choose, establishing your own traditions…all while not feeling guilty about it!

Neil Sternberg is a world-class facilitator and founder of LeadWell Team.  Neil is passionate about building meaningful relationships and helping people succeed.  He and his wife, Kaitlin, have three children, Lottie (11), Lucy (8), Lincoln (6), and have enjoyed 17 “blissful” years of navigating in-laws together.
