Something Greater: Building Purpose and Identity into Our Teens
As parents, we want our teenagers to live in the fullness that a meaningful life offers. In a society and culture that is constantly presenting a shallow understanding of that meaning, how can we teach our kids that there is more, something greater? Identity and purpose are critical components in developing a deeper, more meaningful life. Pastor Sterling Moore will show us that we have the unique opportunity to influence our kids’ sense of identity and purpose to equip them to live a full life.
Pastor Moore is the Campus Pastor at Chapelstreet Church Mill Creek. Prior to this role, he served for a decade as Pastor of Student Ministries. During that time, he led teams of adult volunteers in building a culture of discipleship with the students through small group ministry, leadership training and service experiences in the hopes of seeing transformation happen in the hearts and lives of high school students. He lives in Batavia with his wife and three daughters.
