DESCRIPTION:“Know What is Coming: Creating Emotional and Physical Health through Menopause and Perimenopause” \nCarrie Koziol \nIs your fuse a little shorter?  Is your waistline a little larger?  Is your brain a little foggier?  And to make matters worse\, is your social media feed littered with conflicting advice about perimenopause and menopause?  For those of you who thought those were words for your grandma\, think again.  Perimenopause can start as early as 35 years\, and learning to find the messages in the mess can help us enter this life phase with more grace and gusto.  Our goal in midlife is to mother ourselves.  To prioritize joy.  To search for the micro moments in our day that bring us peace and gratitude to help us deal with some of the shifts we may be experiencing physically\, emotionally\, and spiritually.  In this informative and inspirational presentation\, you are invited to see this life phase like our Creator’s best kept secret.  After all\, we were fearfully and wonderfully made in His image\, and it’s time for us to learn about the 5 key pillars of health we need to embrace all God has for us in this season. \nCarrie Koziol has attended Chapelstreet church for over 10 years.  She has found inspiration by regularly attending Moms Together\, Moms Connected and now Nourish\, and is thrilled to speak at a ministry that has meant so much to her. Carrie is a Women’s Health Physical Therapist and 3rd Age Specialist in Peri to Post Menopause Wellness. She owns her own business designing health programs for women from puberty to perimenopause and beyond.
